Definitions
“Company” refers to Dielman Moving & Storage. “Client” refers to the individual or entity requesting services. “Services” include all moving, packing, storage, and junk removal solutions provided by the Company.

Services Offered
We provide residential and commercial moving, packing, storage, and junk removal services. All services are subject to availability and agreement upon a written contract.

Estimates and Payment
All estimates are based on the information provided by the Client and are subject to change. Payments must be made in full as per the agreed contract. We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, and traveler’s checks. Additional charges may apply for services exceeding the initial estimate due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Terms
Payments for deposits and service balances can be made through our approved payment processor, Skysystemz. By submitting payment, the Client confirms authorization to use the provided payment method and agrees to the processing of the transaction. A deposit may be required to secure the moving service. The required deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company is not responsible for any payment processing errors or delays caused by third-party services.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposits: Deposits may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the service agreement. The Client should review their contract for specific refund eligibility. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations may result in deposit forfeiture. Billing Disputes: Any disputes regarding charges must be reported within 7 days of the transaction. The Company will review claims and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Chargebacks & Disputes
Any chargeback attempts for a valid transaction may result in legal action to recover owed funds. If a chargeback is filed without valid reasoning, the Client may be responsible for all related fees and costs.

Security & Data Protection
Payments are securely processed through Skysystemz, and no payment information is stored on our servers. The Client acknowledges that their payment information will be processed according to Skysystemz’s privacy policy.

Booking and Cancellation
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit if applicable. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Client Responsibilities
The Client must ensure all items are properly packed and labeled unless packing services are requested. Any hazardous materials or prohibited items must not be included in the move. The Client must inform the Company of fragile, high-value, or specialty items requiring special handling.

Liability and Insurance
The Company is responsible for damages caused by negligence. Clients are encouraged to obtain additional insurance for valuable items. The Company is not liable for damages due to improper packing by the Client, natural disasters, or pre-existing damage. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Storage Services
Storage agreements specify the duration and terms of storage. Clients must not store perishable, hazardous, or illegal items. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from natural disasters, unauthorized access, or improper packaging by the Client.

Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
The Company is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. The Company will communicate any expected delays and work to minimize disruptions.

Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state where the Company operates.

Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
